and approved.
A Road petition to the State Highway Commission for a road in Cedar Grove --
Township,was approved and delivered tb bSr.Suttcn Byrd who wishes to carry pit
before the State Highway meeting at Yanceyv311e,N.C. on B6onday Notr.I4th-
On motion it is hereby ordered that John Bacon be paid ~6,OG for I2 hens
killed by dogs same to be paid from the Special Dog talc fund,
On motion it is hereby ordered that Sam Rogers be paid X5.00 for two large
Turkeys killed by dogs same being listed for taxes.To be paid from the spe-
dal dog tax fund.
The Bond of Car1,C Dafis as Tax Co?lector,having been approved by A.H Grah3m
County Attorne$Jis on motion hereby appr~eoved,and the Clerk to this Board
is hereby ordered to record the same in the Orange Ccunty Bond book and de---'
posit the bog~d with the Clerk oY the Superior Ccurt for safe keeping.

Bank Head Inn on State Highway No IO,having been approved by Sheriff S,T Let
ta.Jr.is hereby approved. ~~
hiss Csace E Holcombe Home Demonstration Agent,submitted a detailed monthlX
report of all work and an expense- acct of ~2I.60 for Stenographic Assist-
ance ,Report approved and account is hereby ordered paid.

fore space be made avail .able for the Board, the same is hereby refenldd
to the County .Accountant to see what arrangements can be made,
Dr,J..S Hockey appeared before the Board in regard to a number of old Bills;

authorized to install enough Sewing machines, for the applicants in the

On motion County Accountant G.W Ray is hereby authorized to pay for repair:

On motion it is hereby ordered that A.H Graham County Attorney prepare the
suitable resoluticns as to the sale of the Old Gold Zone property and the

This being the last meeting of the old Board general exressioas of regret
were expressed by The County attorney-Clerk to the Board.-County accountant
