Member Present: Chsira:an C. Norman Walker, and Commisaionera Henry S. Walker, Flora Garrott, Rinhard E. Whitted, and Melvin Whitfield. Freston ggebee) Chapel Hill g~ D Chapel Hill 79 B gA The Board took the following actions in resolving their appeals; It was determined that no nhange in the assessment of the Vance property was warr'snted; that the assessment oP the-property of Mrs. Sallie Blake should be reduced from $11 500 to $9,200; that the tax valuation of Mrs. Hattie A. Spesrow's parcel 12G-C-13 should be reduced from $74,700 to assessment of her other parcel (128-C-5) required further study'&Oehou~l.debe~ resolved at a later meeting; that'.the tax valuation of the property of Mrs. Beery G.
