Chairman Walker presented a letter from Charles H. Auckett, M. D.,
Chairman of the Public Relations Committee of the North Carolina Academy
of Family Physicians. Said letter advised the Board of a Physician's
Fair that was being held in Winston Salem, North Carolina, on April 6.
There being no further business to coma before the Board the meeting
was adjourned.

February 25, 1974
The Orange County Board of Commisaianera met in joint session with the Drange
County Planning Board at eight o'clock F,M. vn Monday, February 25, 1971}, in the
Commissioners Room at the Courthouse in Hillsborough, North Carvliris.
Members Present: Cammisaioners Henry S. Walker, Flora Garrett, Richard
E. Whitted and Melvin Whitfield.
Members Absent: Chairman C. Norman Walker.
This meeting was called for the purpose of conducting a Public Hearing
on honing matter a.
Vice Chairman Henry S. Walker turned the Chair over to Charles Johnston,
Chairman of the County Planning Beard. Chairman Johnston conducted the Public
Hearing.
For a detail account of the minutes of this meeting see the Minute Docket
Book of the County Planning Board.
At the conclusion of the Public Hearing Chairman Johnston turned the Chair
Back to Vice Chairman Walker.
There being no further business to come before the Boards the meeting was
adjourned.
