PURPOSE: To correct and/or approve the minutes as submitted by the
Clerk to the Board as listed below:
February 2, 1999 - Regular Meeting
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153A-42 of the General Statutes, the
Governing Board has the legal duty to approve all minutes that are
entered into the official journal of the Board's proceedings.
The minutes for February 2, 1999 were submitted to the
County Commissioners on June 21, 1999 for approval. Several changes
were made. These changes are on pages 2 and 5 and denoted by striking
out the verbiage that will be deleted and placing the additional
information/changes is bold.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve minutes as presented or as amended.
