SUBJECT: Change in BOCC Regular Meeting Schedule for 2009

PURPOSE: To consider changes in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar for
year 2009.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule.
The Board will consider amending its regular meeting calendar by adding:
➢ A location for the Legislative Breakfast meeting, on Monday, April 20, 2009
to be held at the Link Government Services Center, 200 South Cameron
Street, Hillsborough, NC.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: none
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their
regular meeting calendar by adding this location for the Legislative Breakfast
meeting on Monday, April 20, 2009 at the Link Government Services Center, 200
South Cameron Street, Hillsborough, NC.
