The Board of County Commissioners of Orange County met as a 3vard of
Equalization and Review at 7:3C P,M, in the District Courtroom in the.Court-
House in Hillsborough on Tuesday, iday 21, 1973.
Members Present: Chairman C. Norman Walker and Commissioners Henry S.
Walker, lra A. Ward and Richard E, Whitted.
Members Absent: Co?~missioner Flora Garrett,
Bob Robbins, Project Manager of the James Laird Company, was also present,
