Text List of 2009 Meetings
PURPOSE: To consider changing the start time of Board of Commissioners' meetings for the
remainder of the calendar year 2009 (unless otherwise noted).
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 143.318.12 of the General Statutes, a schedule of regular
meetings shall be filed with the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners. The schedule
must show the date, time and place of each meeting.
It is suggested that all meetings will now begin at 7:00 p.m. (instead of 7:30pm, unless otherwise
noted) starting March 1, 2009.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: Not applicable
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends the Board approve changing the start
time of Board of Commissioners' meetings from 7:30pm to 7:00pm (unless otherwise noted)
starting March 1, 2009.

7:00pm at the New Courthouse in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
