by Commissioner,Natha~all Co.TMmissioners voting in the affirmative,therefore the following
resolution was dvlg adopted:
That whereas, Orange County owns a large tract of land located
on the BPland-Cedar Grove oad, andwe~e..ecs the cable line of American Telephone and Tele -
gra-•h Company passes over said property snd whereas the said -+~eriQan Telpehona~~and .'ale
graph Company, t^.-ve~:egotiated with the said Board of Commissioners cf Orange CoUnty,for the
purchase of a small tract of land on the said Lfland-Cedar. Grove Road containing approxi-
mately one-half;#) an :cre,nois therefore,be itresolved:
That the C aanty of Orange sell and
convey to American Telephone and' Telegraph Company said parcel of land containing approxi-
mately one-half(,,) an acre an:: that same be described according to survey and plot of J.-
Ralph '`eaver,County Surveyor upon receipt of the agreed purchase price of I00.00 ,That
