I4embers Present: Chairman Rarvey D. Bennett, and Commissioners William C. Ray, Henry S. Walker, Ira A. Ward and C. Norman Walker. Members Absent: None Chairman Bennett recognized Bob Robbins, Project Manager of the James Laird Company. Mr. Robbins reviewed the property revaluation work hie company was conducting in Orange County and he stressed the value of rural properties. There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned to meat again on Monday, January 17, 1972. Harvey D. Bennett, Chairman S. M. Rap, Henry 5, [+falker, Ira A~ [Jard and C. Norman Walker. r4embers Absent: None Chairman Bennett recognized Sob Robbins and discussion ensued relative to the urban land value and the single unit house value. ?Ir. Robbins was asked to prepare and discuss commeroial and industrial land values at the February 1st Hoard meeting. The'County_Administrato~.preaented s: document entitled "Memorandum of IInderstanding Between the North Carolina Agricultural Extension Service, North Carolina State University and the Board of County Coaaniasionera".
