BACKGROUND: The clerk's office has received a recommendation from the Orange County Board of Adjustment for Mr. David Potter, Sr. If appointed, he will be serving a partial term ending 6/30/2008. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one new appointment to the Orange County Board of Adjustment.
